The top of the Family Portal displays your child's name, ID, and date of birth. You can check these details to make sure you are viewing the reports for the right child.
The Family Portal displays your child's test results for the current school year by default. If you want to see your child's test results for a previous school year, you can click the arrow beside the words "School Year" in the heading. A list of years will appear, letting you select a different school year or multiple school years.
This page displays information for each subject in which your child completed a test for the selected school year. For example, this sample image shows subject information for ELA, Mathematics, and Science tests.
This page shows information for the most recent test your child completed in a subject. This includes the test's name, the date taken, the score on the test, and the performance level for the test.
If a test was added to the Family Portal within the last 30 days, a "New!" icon also appears beside that test.
If you do not see any test results on the Family Portal for your child, it may mean that your child has not completed any tests this year or that the tests they completed do not get reported in the Family Portal.
If you want to see the results for every test your child completed in a particular subject, you can click View All Tests for that subject. A new page will appear, showing you the test results for each test your child completed in that subject this school year.
Your child's scale score for a test appears in bold font near the top of the subject information. Please note, different test subjects may be scored differently. If your child's test could not be scored, a message will display for the subject, explaining why the test could not be scored.
The bar graph displays color-coded sections for the performance levels on a test. An arrow shows you which performance level your child earned for the test, and a description below the graph explains what this performance level means for your child's test results.
Please note, different test subjects may use different performance levels. If your child's test could not be scored, a message will display for the subject, explaining why the test could not be scored.
This button will take you to the most recent test detail page for each subject/test. For example, if you click on this button for Summative, you will find more information such as overall results, reporting category results, how your child is progressing for specific grades and subjects, Lexile or Quantile trends, and resources to help your child.
If you want to see an Individual Score Report for a test, you can click the Download Detailed Report button. A popup window will appear, allowing you to download the Individual Score Report, along with a guide for understanding the results. To download the report, click Download. To download the Interpretive Guide, click Download Guide.
You can click the book in the top right corner of the page to view a glossary that explains the terms that you may see in your child's reports.
You can click the apple in the top right corner of the page to view helpful resources, such as FAQs.
You can click the printer in the top right corner of the page to print out a screenshot of the test results that you see on this page.
If you want to exit the Family Portal, you can click Sign Out in the top right corner of the page. Please note, if you need to view the score reports for multiple children, you will have to sign out and then sign in separately for each child.
